Adria- Balkan Hub

Led the full Maybelline NY Brand strategy in the Adria-Balkan region (Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo), reporting to the Regional Marketing Director. Managed a team of two, including a Junior Product Brand Manager and a Marketing Trainee.Responsibilities included market analysis, new product launches, pricing and product sizing, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management. Leading the digital-first project ‘Make Up In The City’ and establishing the region’s first advocacy strategy. Expertise also extended to Digital Marketing and eCommerce KPIs.
