Andrea is the founder and lead coach of AJG Coaching. She is passionate about supporting students with pathways and performance that celebrates neurodiversity at school and inclusivity at work. An accredited coach, facilitator, speaker, and awarded senior academic, Andrea is passionate about coaching young Australians to find and use their hidden potential. She loves empowering students to thrive their way in their studies and careers, offering advocacy, guidance, expertise, and unwavering support along the way.With over 15 years experience as an academic and success coach in tertiary education, Andrea has personally coached over 6,000 students in 34 countries to progress and succeed with their studies. She knows what it takes to be job ready for onboarding into graduate careers or career promotions and transitions into new job markets around the world.With clients ranging from high schoolers to master’s level graduates, Andrea has the lived experience of coaching, parenting, and studying alongside thousands of emerging adults and leaders. She knows that supporting them to stay curious independent thinkers and doers inspires a growth mindset and the courage they’ll need to reach their full potential at work. No stranger to trailblazing pathways and living up to your potential, Andrea has lived high performance for 30+ years supporting husband, Paul Gonzalez, OLY, a two-time Australian Olympian (Silver Medal, Greece), former international pro-baseball player, and current President of the QOC (Queensland Olympic Committee). When she's not coaching, Andrea loves being team leader and a band mum for a houseful of boys and their mates, with sons Max (24) and Ambrose (17) who is lead singer in the up and coming Brisbane Indie Band, The Waiting List.
