- Marketing and Advertising- Implement mall promotions, special advents, placing media buys, and preparing annual budget- Create, manage and schedule events for The Mall at Hays- Ability to increase consumer awareness, identity demographic and target markets, and increase center traffic

- Management and Supervisory skills- Self-motivated and work independently- Organize mall events- Complete projects within time and budget constraints- Payroll- Submit purchase orders/invoices for payment- Balance and record marketing income, gift certificate sales and petty cash- Customer Service- Filing, telephone and organizational skills- Screen, hire and schedule seasonal and customer service personnel- Design and proof all mall signage and ads for promotional and special events
