At Only Bridging, we specialise in packaging Bridging Loans for our clients to the highest standard which has secured us recognition for this both within the lending world and also our client portfolio.We are a team of 6 and take our role within the Bridging process very seriously. For my part, I head the packaging team. I work alongside a team of underwriters and manage the day to day processing in the office. Since Bridging is rarely straightforward, I find the challenges presented to me on a daily basis being the very reason I love this industry. Two days are never the same and I truly believe this is what makes our jobs both interesting and rewarding.The types of enquiries we receive vary so much. We have access to the full panel of market lenders and our relationships with them are very good. I would like to think we have the respect of all of our panel for the work we do here at Only Bridging with complete transparency on every case we submit.
