• Recruiting to include: Posting jobs, sourcing candidates for a variety of positions using Boolean and semantic searches in Indeed and Monster; reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screening calls to identify candidates for recommendation, scheduling interviews, proctoring exams, and conducting reference checks. • Write job descriptions and contribute to writing new policies. • Verify I-9 documentation and manage records and files.• Created employee survey in Survey Monkey and collected survey data.

• Developed 3-year strategic plan for leadership development to 200 leaders across 4 target groups at 4,000 person medical center. • Applied project management practices while leading executive stakeholders in implementation of the strategic plan which included leading monthly Leadership Development Council meetings, designing a communication plan, consulting with functional area leaders across a broad spectrum of positions to address development needs, facilitating leadership training programs and building infrastructure to support tracking and reporting against the plan.

• Partnered with business unit leaders and cross-functional subject matter experts to address and facilitate decision making around performance management system issues such as: hearing clear communication from leaders, interpreting ratings, deciding on the weighting of performance appraisal dimensions, and distinguishing how to effectively use common versus individual goals. These decisions increased user buy-in of the system.• Conducted individual and group 360 feedback sessions using Personal Decisions International’s Profilor tool resulting in a clearer understanding by the recipients of the feedback on what and how to hone their skills. • Managed project and team of four on the design and development of performance management training. Identified objectives, scope, deliverables, time constraints, milestones and available resources. Resulted in ability to deliver effective training in three business units, for approximately 600 employees across all levels, on time, and received favorable evaluations.

Designed, developed and facilitated supervisory, management and leadership training. Conducted extensive needs assessments followed by recommendations on how to go through change process for business units regarding strategic planning and process improvement. Facilitated focus groups, workshops and team building sessions.

Received many comments from management that significant behavioral changes were being observed.-Redesigned existing curriculum to improve effectiveness of 18 chapter, self-paced, management development program. Customized the content to more strongly support the objectives.-Consulted with vice presidents, directors and managers to create a corporate orientation program and “Departmental Orientation Guide”. Conducted needs assessments to identify meaningful content.
