As a Talent Researcher, I spearheaded recruitment and retention activities to identify top talent, with focus on recruiting diverse candidates to bolster operational excellence and inclusivity. I engaged with prospective recruits by overseeing the corporate Twitter profile, and authoring two to three posts per week that promoted corporate vision and brand. I was responsible as the Book Club Lead and charged with overseeing end-to-end program implementation. ● At Logic20/20, I successfully sourced and hired consultants for Strategies and Operations Practice, with hiring breakdown consisting of over 50% women, 35% people of color, and 25% veterans. ● Senior leadership selected me as one of 12 women for participation in Women’s Leadership Boot Camp due to my exceptional performance, program management, organization, and collaboration skills.

While serving as a Recruiter, I oversaw West Coast Division warehouse recruitment operations by designing and launching impactful strategies to identify top talent and secure new hires. I conducted extensive research and analyzed best practices to design targeted diversity hiring initiatives that enhanced organizational inclusivity and business perspective. ● To advance recruitment efforts and transform organizational culture, I catalyzed development of a new Diversity and Inclusion Protocol by connecting with diverse communities throughout the Western U.S.

During my tenure at Seattle Colleges, I expanded system-wide Computer Support Technician and Allied Health Program enrollment by recruiting students and promoting organizational commitment to equity and inclusion. I improved student performance by leading Learning and Tutoring Lab to provide additional instruction and improve comprehension. I ideated and implemented targeted grading standards for High School 21+ Program to accurately evaluate performance and drive student growth. I designed curriculum and led instruction for Integrated Basic Education and Skills Training (I-BEST) training program, English 101, English 105, and Medical Terminology courses for students in medical and cosmetology programs. I connected with external professionals to understand industry needs and partnered with teachers to align curriculum with in-demand needs. ● In this capacity, I championed highly effective recruitment practices, with Computer Support Technology Program student graduation rate improving by 90% within first year of operations.● To empower students in Computer Support and Medical Assistant Programs, I orchestrated creation, launch, and management of the Washington State I-BEST program that bolstered retention rates by over 65%.● I was credited with increasing student graduation rates by 47% through strategic design and facilitation of contextualized English courses for medical program students. ● I evaluated student data and designed new grading standards for High School 21+ Program, which was implemented throughout entire Seattle Colleges system.
