In 2010 Andrea embarked on her career at NAI SunVista as a Transaction Coordinator. A few years later Andrea's career path took a pivotal turn as she transitioned into the role of Property Manager. In this capacity, she shouldered the comprehensive responsibilities inherent in property management, encompassing payment collections, astute financial analysis, meticulous budget preparation and presentation, vigilant maintenance oversight, and a steadfast commitment to tenant retention. Her expertise extends to the management of commercial properties on behalf of others, as well as the proficient handling of her personal portfolio containing residential and commercial properties.
