Head of the Office of the CTO, responsible for all business management, leadership initiatives, Chief of Staff activities and oversight, resource and skills strategy, organizational change management, communications and engagement, and central services for a 1600+ person organization. Accountable to support all areas of the Chief Technology Office including Tech Agile Transformation, the Cloud Migration Factory, Architecture, the Enterprise Pipeline for all software deployment, Middleware and Test Engineering, and Governance teams such as Application Lifecycle Management. Responsible for turning leadership’s vision into reality by methodically and relentlessly driving execution. Key focus on responsible, controlled, and well explained financial management.
