• Planning and implementation of all marketing acitivities for retail (ZOO CITY stores, Croatia) + wholesale (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia) • Budgeting• Planning and coordination of ATL & BTL campaigns (TV, radio, billboards, promotions, POSM, sponsorships, events, donations, winning games, etc.)• Digital marketing – integrating digital marketing assets, creating online content, commissioning influencers, driving brand awareness, coordinating social media campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads)• Webshop – update & development • Media planning and buying• Loyalty program, e-mail marketing • Collaboration with external (suppliers, creative agencies, media) and internal parties (sales, supply chain, logistics, HQ)• Presenting marketing activities, innovations and goals to sales department + HQ

• Planning and implemention of all marketing acitivities for retail channel (Diskont Stanic stores) + wholesale channels• Execution and local adaptation of given marketing activities based on the input of the principals (ATL and BTL marketing activities)• Media planning and buying• In-store marketing (price markers, shelfmarkers, visual identity, gifting, promotions,…)• Portfolio catalogue and product visuals, action catalogues• Coordination of all activities on social networks + websites • Creating reports for principals, presentations for sales teams

• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media• Product development, pricing and new product launches• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items• Competitor and customer insight analysis• POS materials coordination• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities• Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns

• Providing support to account executives• Communication with clients, presenting ideas to clients• Handle budgets and manage campaign costs• Participate in creating and presenting pitches.• Maintain regular contact with both creative staff and clients• Administrative tasks

• Executing all marketing plan programs including customer promotions, PR initiatives, media • Assist Brand Manager with major new product development initiatives (identifying consumer insights, partnering with R&D, coordinating market research, developing package copy & launching innovation)• POS materials (displays, pallet wrappers, shelfmarkers, wobblers, co-packing…)• Data analysis and reporting about development of the brands, market trends, market shares, consumers (Nielsen)• Actively participating in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback)
