Responsible for all aspects of cash management product/service set-up for new and existing clients of Global Transaction Solutions. Act as a central point of contact for the client, coordinates with required internal partners to ensure delivery of products and services is successfully completed, with full ownership of end-to-end process from client commitment to revenue generation. Responsible for the full administration of various desktop applications used by Call Center Personnel. Manages system upgrade and new releases by identifying process improvement opportunities, preparing cost benefit analysis and presenting to managing personnel, defining system specifications, completing technical testing, preparing training documentation and instructing staff training.
