- Coordinated the activity of 2 production plants producing Dry Type MV/LV Transformers Engineering to Order.- Responsible for Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse Management, Production planning through the use of an MRP, and material management with the clear objective of reducing the inventory days, increasing the efficiency and improving On Time Delivery (ROTD)

- Coordinated the activity of 9 European plants producing Agricultural Equipment, in terms of production, of inventory and of manpower planning and follow up.- Defined and monitored manufacturing plants performance versus Budget and Forecast through KPI.- Managed the interactions with spare parts department.- Worked on improvement projects, such as the definition of an evaluation method for supplier performance or the improvement of internal logistics.

Within the Quality Department of the plant, I was involved in and managed several initiatives: - Kaizen techniques implementation in the hydraulic department - Optimization of the assembly tecniques according to Lean principles- Quality issues

- Optimization of the shape of the vanes used in turbines and pumps.- Specialization courses at Politecnico di Milano

- Designed and customizationed Medium Voltage (MV) Electrical Motors according to customer requests

Involved into a project to win the supply of a customized electrical Low Voltage motor.Main activities:- Risk analysis plan- Potential suppliers qualification- Report the status of the project to potential clients

Within the Engineering Graduation Stage, Worked on experimental analysis on MEMS, publishied a Master degree thesis "Project of Fatigue Tests for Polysilicon used in Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS)".
