Under the direction and guidance of a Fire Captain or designee, responsible for responding to scenes of fires, disasters or other emergency incidents; protecting life and property through controlling, extinguishing and preventing fires; provide emergency medical services; regularly maintaining firefighting equipment, apparatus, and quarters; responds to manmade and natural disasters. In emergency situations, performs hazardous tasks requiring strenuous physical exertion for extended periods of time in cramped surroundings, hot and smoky environments with limited visibility and at considerable heights.

Perform confidential secretarial and clerical tasks varied in nature. Thorough knowledge of the rules and regulation of the school and school system using frequent exercise of independent judgement within the scope of authority granted by the Principal. Maintain attendance data for each staff member, recording attendance, absences, substitutes and other required information. Prepare attendance reports, coordinated with payroll data. Prepares a variety of reports and written materials such as report cards, class rankings, attendance activity reports for the purpose of meeting state, federal and/or district requirements. Process documents, forms, mailings and materials such as new registrations, transcripts and transcript requests, withdrawals, purchase orders, etc. for the purpose of disseminating information and completing transactions.

Brand development and customer satisfaction. Analyze marketing needs and execute marketing strategies. Work with customer follow-up to make sure highest level of satisfaction is achieved.

Provide confidential assistance to students with individualized medical needs such as scheduled medication administration, emergency medication administration, blood glucose monitoring, insulin injections, colostomy care and urinary catherization. Triage students needs and provide care within limits set forth by district policies and procedures.
