I am an experienced departmental manager, I have worked within the finsbury food group for the past 25years , I have worked my way up from the shop floor and have been a area manager for the past 4 years.In this time I have been seconded to a number of jobs,the most challeging one was departmental which I undertook for 2 years where I was incharge of a minium 200 people and 5 shift managers at any one time I was also seconded to the CI Team and Auditiing Team.I am very driven and enjoy a challenge ,I am able to work within a team or on my own .I am a bubbly people person who endeavours to do things right first time and not affriad to ask for other peoples in put .I have recently in the past 18months been given the oppertunity to futher advance my skills by passing my ILM level 3 and 5 ,Health and Safety level 4 and completed both a fire controller course and a Word and excel computer couses within the business to improve my development .I wear my heart on my sleeve and am very open and honest person who is dedicated and loves a challenge.
