Andrea has a national practice focused on the representation of borrowers, lenders, purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions. She regularly represents clients in their financing of large commercial mortgage loans secured by industrial properties, office buildings, and shopping centers, as well as clients who are purchasing and selling such properties. Her extensive experience includes the representation of a rating agency and loan servicers in connection with the servicing of securitized loans. After several years of private practice as a corporate lawyer, Andrea practiced commercial real estate law at Dechert LLP and was most recently a partner at Kroll McNamara Evans & Delehanty, LLP.
