Andrea has over 20 years experience consulting to organisations in both the public and private sectors across industries including mining, resources, engineering, health and professional services. Areas of particular interest and expertise include Business Strategy, Leadership Development, Organisation Change and Culture Transformation.In addition to running her own niche consulting business, Andrea also provides consulting services for AIM-UWA Business School Executive Education. Previous consulting roles include 10 years as Principal Consultant with PA Consulting Group, an international management consulting firm.
