-Responsible for driving specification of our strategic products in California through development of strong consultative stakeholder relationships with multifamily builders, developers, architects, designers, spec-writers, general contractors, and ecosystem specification influencers.-Cultivate and build strong relationships with distribution partners and their sales teams. -Expand our Multifamily Residential ecosystem network and share of projects with established ecosystem delivering project sales growth. -Nurture existing downstream ecosystem stakeholder accounts and contacts through deliberate and personalized interactions, such as annual review meetings, new product introductions and sneak peeks, etc.

-Full P&L Responsibility of Sacramento Branch and Northern California Outside Sales Team.
