I started my first company when I was a student at University. I'm an optimistic and entrepreneurial Senior Tech Leader and CTO with vast experience in IT, whose work extends across european startups and established companies in the finance, retail, fashion, tourism and food industries, being attracted to businesses with disruptive thinking and working with innovative investors or advisors. I have founded companies (K3 System, Ubooker, Karma3, Netech and Impact) where I joined as CTO, investor, partner and/or advisor in countries like UK, Italy, Germany and Latvia, gathering more than 1000 clients. Currently based in London, I am the founder and group leader of Karma3, an IT company focused on turning a “great idea” into reality through all stages, from Concept and Research to a fully operational Established Business. I’m often directly involved as CTO taking ownership of all technical aspects, including but not limited to managing the company strategy, product delivery (from launch to scale), hiring, growing and leading an engineering team. My main skills and activities are:- Build and engineer the Business Model and the revenue roadmap, take the needed technological and architectural decisions to scale up the company;- Create and monitor the company budget, cash flow and P&L in collaboration with department heads, other executives and investors;- Hire and manage the tech team;- Oversee the product development process from new ideas, screening, concept, MVP to delivering the project with long term scalability considerations;- Negotiate service level agreements with IT suppliers and monitor their performance;- Innovative using of business analytics and data management;- Discover and implement new technologies that offer competitive advantage;- Communicate the technology of the company to investors and stakeholders, reporting on the product development, the technical roadmap with measures of performance (OKRs and KPIs) and budget (CapEx and OpEx).
