UBOOKER is an online booking platform that seeks to disrupt the fashion model agencies industry. As Founder and CTO, I created, managed the technological innovation and full development of this cutting-edge platform. The project attracted investments from Red Circle, an investing company from Renzo Rosso (owner of Diesel Group) and Stefano Martinetto (founder of Tomorrow London). Max Benedetti (Board Director of YNAP-Yoox Net a Porter) joined UBOOKER as a Partner and Advisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Build the company's strategic and business plans to support its mission and core objectives;- Lead the business, the technology strategy and the design of the structure that lands the right initiatives and investments;- Engineer the business model and the related metrics;- Create new company objectives, streamline internal operations, establish procedures for tech-dependent and financial departments;- CFO role to set the company’s rules for cash flow and P&L, supervise the accounting and finance departments, track and analyze the company’s annual budgets and financial performance, building systems to compare actual and expected performances;- Develop strategic plans for the investor’s evaluation;- Recruit and lead the tech team from deployment and delivery of the MVP to the final web platform and mobile APPs;- Create and deploy technical web and mobile services, build and engineer backend functionalities of collected data, for a fluid management by the platform administrators;- Think and introduce processes, procedures and systems to ensure cyber security and confidentiality of company data;- Track, analyse and monitor technology platforms metrics, report on the development of the product and technical roadmap including KPIs and budget (CapEx and OpEx);- Communicate the technology of the company to investors and stakeholders.
