For this position I have been trained in crowd control, crowd de-escalation, use of force, first aid, and have experience working extremely high-level events, such as FIFA Soccer Games, the MLS cup, hockey games, soccer games, major concerts and outdoor events such as SARSstock, sporting events such as UFC and WWE, and private and political events. This was a customer service position with Mirvish Productions. It involved interaction with the general public, communication with the patrons, and knowledge of the theatre and it's history. It also involved ensuring the safety of the patrons during the performance through knowledge of first aid as well as fire safety regulations. Also involved was the safety of the actors as I enforced theatre rules that might put the people on stage in jeopardy. During intermission, bartending and sales of commissary items to the patrons were required. Intermittently, it involved interacting with local media and local government.
