VF Italy Portfolio Management (Smartphones, Tablets, MBB and connectivity products)New Products induction:- Coordination of  the certification & customization processes, as well as Technical lifecycle management for products in VF Italy’s portfolio (global/local devices);- Project Management for light certification and technical management for non-portfolio devices;- Technical SPOC & Product expert for DOT Italy, Marketing, Sales, Online and CRM, as well as Group;- Terminals Italy Technical SPOC for all Terminals suppliers - Support GTM planning for new product launches: TA, deliveries, launch dates, events, product briefings, product communications, samples, seeding, etc.- Responsible for coordinating technical developments for Special Projects (e.g. Buyback,  SOBE,)- Support for other global projects impacting Terminals, e.g. Live devices

Terminals strategy & development:- Coordination of  the certification & customization processes, as well as Technical lifecycle management for products in VF Italy’s portfolio (global/local devices);- Project Management for light certification and technical management for non-portfolio devices;- Technical SPOC & Product expert for DOT Italy, Marketing, Sales, Online and CRM, as well as Group;- Terminals Italy Technical SPOC for all Terminals suppliers.

Product & Services - Consumer Division:- Direct responsible for developing & releasing Vodafone Branded Contents (applications, mobile web sites etc such as Vodafone Calcio, Moto GP, Formula 1, Friends) and Third Party Contents for Italy (e.g. VLive!, MyWeb, Foursquare, Facebook/Twitter SMS), based on requirements from Marketing;- Full management of the entire life cycle of the products;- Harmonization of the Customer Experience for all products in VF Italy portals- Data analysis and reporting

Vodafone Internet Services:- Creation/Development/Maintenance of all  Mobile Internet products for smartphones (e.g. Vodafone 360, Vodafone Mobile Internet, Mobile Content, VOIP Services etc.);- Canvass flow management;- Support for issue management and integration of local propositions into VF 360 global;

CRM Product & Process- Requirements definition and User Experience validation for VAS products, contents services and premium services for VLive!, VAS Services, Premium Services, DAS, etc.; - CRM Product lifecycle management; supplier management;- Development of Knowledge Management tools dedicated to Vodafone Italy’s call centre structure- Local coordination for Global Sales & Services stream of Vodafone360 proposition

Technical Support (2 Level) for Omnitel/Vodafone Customer Care .Knowdlege leader for Smartphones-Pda-Blackberry .

Terminals development & certification:-Vodafone Branded devices (Global/Local).-Open market devices.Ownership of quality assurance for Global/Local products.Support for CRM/Online Services.Reporting & Analisys of terminals configurations.
