As a Senior Program Manager, I am responsible for leading the strategic development andexecution of the company's initiatives for next-generation military and civil aircraft. My roleinvolves overseeing a portfolio of high-profile aviation projects in collaboration with majorglobal partners. Leveraging my PMI-PMP® certification, I ensure that these projects aredelivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's overarching goals and industrystandards. My responsibilities also include stakeholder engagement, risk management, and thecontinuous improvement of project processes to enhance efficiency and innovation inaerospace technology and training.

As a PMI-PMP® certified Senior Program Manager I am in charge of multiple, complex, international programs: my usual customers are world-class companies in Automotive, Aerospace and Transportation fields.The projects I’m responsible of have an average budget between 1 and 3 million Euros.The teams I lead usually consist of 10 to 20 people, coming from various countries, both on site at Sipal headquarter and remotely working in their own countries.The typical duration of this type of projects goes from 2 to 5 years, with different stages and scenarios to manage, following the lifespan of the project itself.

In my role I spearheaded the development and execution of a comprehensive BusinessDevelopment strategy, focusing on expanding Sipal's service offerings to high-potentialmarkets in Europe and North America. This strategic initiative involved identifying andtargeting key industry players, crafting tailored value propositions, and leading negotiations toestablish new partnerships. Over the course of one year, these efforts successfully securedseveral major clients, including CNH North America, resulting in a significant revenue increaseof 1.8 million Euros, with ongoing growth. My work has been instrumental in positioning Sipalas a competitive and innovative service provider in the international market.

Given the global nature of the projects my company was involved in, I had to deal with demanding requests and challenging timetables. Being part of a complex (multi-company/multi-disciplinary) environment, I was requested to face and solve all the possible issues emerging along the project’s life. As a Project manager, I followed the PMI-PMP® standard and I took care of the following tasks: - Managing the project integration- Defining the project’s scope- Scheduling the project’s activities- Defining costs and managing the budget- Managing project’s quality- Selecting and leading the project team (both “on-site” and “virtual” teams)- Dealing and communicating with customer & stakeholders- Managing Risks & Opportunities along the project- Interfacing with company’s management and project’s stakeholders- Collecting and reporting the project’s results and achievements. The projects I usually were involved in are of the following kind: - design of Human-Machine Interfaces for Infotainment systems and Instrument Clusters (both vocal and touch) - Localization of the HMI in the different languages required by the customer. - Development of quality testing campaigns with users (both in lab and in vehicle)

As experienced PMI-PMP® certified Senior Program Manager I was assigned by Sipal’s top management to the project of opening the company’s North American branch, called Sipal USA, (www.sipalusa.com), as part of Sipal’s international expansion.For this project:- I created the Business Plan, (detailing costs, risks and opportunities of opening a US based branch of Sipal Spa, etc.),- I defined the project in its operational areas.- I chose, hired and assembled the team to be assigned to the newly opened office.- I managed the assigned budget.- I took care of all the required steps (logistics, legal, facilities, communication and marketing, etc.), required to establish the Sipal presence in the USA market.At the end of the project, I was appointed Sipal USA Logistic Manager, role I own to this day.

I'm an expert in communication and ergonomics.I design Human Machine Interfaces for automotive and telephonic environments, that are able to provide the user with multiple modes of interfacing with a system, like voice and touch for the input and spoken language (or sound) and graphics for the output.
