As a Senior Paralegal, I am responsible for full case management of 300+ clients which includes, but is not limited to, client communications, start to finish document preparation, insurance communication, investigations, medical records review, medical billing and accounting, assessing for viability of a case, communication with medical professionals including interviewing of surgeons and expert witnesses, negotiating, making recommendations to the Attorney, client meetings, case intakes, staff training, weekly performance reviews of staff, pre-litigation file preparation with continued litigation support, and ongoing staff development.
