• Manage state and national donor portfolios while implementing strategies to further relationships with donors and constituents for varying candidates, campaigns, and initiatives both locally and nationally.• Execute and develop strategic finance plans and event logistics in partnership with state and local leadership, donors, vendors, and key stakeholders to secure a broad base of enhanced and sustainable support from major giving individuals, and corporations both in Ohio and Nationally.• Provide professional expertise and direction in the planning and execution of high-quality events, both high profile and small-scale through strong interpersonal skills. Advances events to identify opportunities, potential conflicts and other issues related to the successful execution of events prior to function.• Manage logistics and execution of fundraising events, list organization, event tracking, donor updates, along with writing, designing, and distributing donor outreach materials such as invitations and email communications aimed at cultivating meaningful engagement opportunities with prospects and donors.• Manage the development and ongoing updating of the overall strategic event plans, calendar and budget, while coordinating with all internal and external vendors and cross-functional teams.• Develop, define, and execute event goals and objectives with specific implementation plans that promote campaign and brand awareness. Write, create, and design strategic marketing campaigns, including company re-branding, and new multimedia communication efforts aimed at increasing product awareness, candidate branding, and understanding, in order to obtain new clients.
