    The Supply Chain was created at the beginning of 2017 with the following functions:- Customer Service/Order Management;- Procurement;- Logistics;giving me the responsibility on it. The initial target was to increase the stock rotation to free up resources, secondly it was required to reduce the freight costs. During the year a Planner was hired and we started, together, the deep and wide implementation of the automatic scheduling. Due to the lack of the Production Manager, I had to monitor and speed up the Production, directly, with the Planner support, for half an year.I created a software, interfaced with the MRP and Scheduler system, that allows to:- share the Production Plan with the different Dept. Heads;- monitor the Production progress;- have, constantly, a Production Forecast;- give the different “actors” the needed info.The results are encouraging so far.
