As an educator, I establish and enhance academic and social growth through a multitude of research based approaches. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in mentoring fellow educators in the use of best practices that produce high achievement. I have classroom experience teaching kindergarten through sixth grade. During my eleven years as an educator I have gained a great deal of skills in curriculum development, instructional practices, collaboration with educators, lesson planning, analyzing instructional strategies, public speaking, and analyzing student data.
