Andrea is a Project and Change Manager of several projects for the local component of the global SAP implementation within BOC Limited. She has successfully managed several projects for this implementation applying Six Sigma methodology. Before she took over the role as a project manager, she worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt on a different variety of projects (HR recruiting process, cash flow management, etc). Comfortable use of exceptional facilitation, communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills are Andrea’s day-to-day business. She has proven abilities in facilitating workshops & meetings, planning & organising, leading interviews, scheduling and liaising with personnel on all levels.Prior to the role as Six Sigma Black Belt Andrea was a successful HR Learning & Development manager at The Linde Group and training coordinator at BMW in Germany.
