During the COVID-19 pandemic I helped provide over $20 million in loans in the Paycheck Protection Program. Withing 2 weeks I was required to learn over 4 new programs well enough to be able to spot and fix mistakes and train others. Working with my 15 other new coworkers we quickly were able to take over multiple jobs from other parts of the bank to keep all the PPP Loan processes in our branch.

I managed 30 brands by buying product, analyzing data, and communicating with the brand representatives. I did this by creating pivot tables to proficiently analyze trends allowing a decreased time in writing future orders from three days to one day. This gave me more time to work with the Reps to improve terms and to improve brand specific marketing efforts to improve margin levels. I was also able to spend more time working with Camp Saver’s marketing department to create brand specific marketing plan.

I worked with employees, interns and customers to improve Volair Interactive's operations by analyzing data and communicating with management, employees and customers. My analysis provided more employment and internship opportunities in the company as well as increased customer retention.
