Sales & Marketing Responsibility

- Realize planned sales targets, optimize the operational input and output within the Business Unit. Sales responsibility for sales & marketing team. - Manage optimal personal growth and performance of individuals account managers, medical representatives.- Build long term relationships with local key opinion leaders and coordinate key account management to ensure Astellas is recognized as their preferred strategic partner and valuable expert in those therapeutic areas.- Ensure effective implementation of Digital tools, Operational excellence projects and Key company initiatives.

Additional responsibility for Nephrology:- Planning, preparation and implementation of a product launch and corresponding positioning of an innovative first-in-class substance in a competitive market environment - Leadership & coaching: Key Acount Managers & Project Manager

- Sales and budget responsibility of the transplantation division - Ensuring local brand performance with corresponding KPIs - Responsibility for the implementation of the brand strategy and realization of all marketing and sales activities- Leadership and coaching: Key Aaccount Managers- Management of KOL relations for the further development of the transplantation business - Close cooperation with Commercial Director and EMEA Brand Management- Implementation of the new business model, promotion of horizontal/vertical/virtual cooperation, exchange of best practices throughout the company
