Responsible for producing and anchoring local weekend sportscasts, which required shooting games, interviews and other sports content.As a reporter, covered teams important to the Central Wisconsin area, from high school and college sports to minor league baseball to professional teams.Traveled to Green Bay each week to file mid-week stories on the Packers.Responsible for covering WSAW’s high school football game of the week, which included live previews in early newscasts and live reports during the late show with highlights and postgame reaction.

Worked with reporters and producers to pitch, shoot and edit stories for an hour-long, daily talk show. Pitched, produced, shot and edited stories pursued on an individual basis.Responsible for shooting live shots, using both portable LiveU units as well as microwave-equipped news vehicles.

Responsible for covering sports stories for KSTP-TV in Minneapolis-St. Paul. This includes shooting video and interviews, as well as writing for the station's broadcasts and website.

Responsible for story research and selection, writing scripts, providing video editing instructions, preparing graphics for morning newscasts. Worked with reporters and photographers to provide compelling live reports, cover breaking news.

Co-produced a four-hour morning newscast as well as weekend evening newscasts. Became the first producer to report an explosion on the Deepwater Horizon, which led to the historic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Covered live events including the New Orleans Saints’ first-ever Super Bowl celebration, Mardi Gras, and special elections.

Produced station's new two-hour morning show which included booking guests, selecting news stories, creating graphics for interview segments as well as produce and write segments.Produced wall-to-wall coverage of Hurricane Gustav, including breaking coverage of a levee break that flooded homes.

Edited video for newscasts using a non-linear editing system.Promoted to writer; responsible for researching and writing scripts for newscasts. Promoted to part-time and fill-in producer.
