Leading a key work stream within a large program of work for Business Retail sector in the Water industry. Supporting a Joint Venture between United Utilities and Severn Trent Water during market reform. Accountable for the successful delivery of the relocation of Training department & Training program for the new company employing in excess of 300+ new employees, formed following the merge. Delivered project on time and within budget in preparation for transition.

Working with Nottingham City council and reporting to the Head of RobinHoodenergy delivering a project introducing the company as a new entrant to the energy supply market. Successful end-to-end implementation of core systems from requirements gathering, system configuration, testing and verification through to company launch. Developed strong relations with key stakeholders and 3rd parties, coordinating system integration and achieving challenging project delivery milestones.
