Successful end-to-end implementation of core systems from requirements gathering, system configuration, testing and verification through to company launch. Developed strong relations with key stakeholders and 3rd parties, coordinating system integration and achieving challenging project delivery milestones.

Business lead for a strategic transformational change programme to outsource Back Office Operations to three external offshore partners.
