As the first full-time missionary in Mexico, I created, mentored, directed, and equipped a community of university students at the University of Monterrey and Tecnológico de Monterrey to grow their faith life on campus, increase their biblical literacy through Bible studies, and send them into a lifelong mission.- I translated over 10 Bible study programs from English to Spanish. - Mentored and led a total of 52 women students in growing their faith lives by setting personalized goals, having crucial conversations, and teaching them how to lead their own small groups.- Directly responsible for fundraising 100% of monthly salary through cold calling and direct asks with donors, building and maintaining relationships with a donor portfolio of over 50 donors.- Managed an international faith formation conference in Monterrey, Mexico, leading a team of over 20 staff, with speakers from 4 different countries and an audience of over 300 participants.- Managed and led two trips with over 100 participants to international conferences in Saint Louis, MO.- I acted as master of ceremonies on the main stage of the America's Center for six of the main sessions of the SEEK24 conference, introducing speakers such as Father Mike Schmitz, Matt Fradd, Jason Evert, Emily Wilson, Sr. Mary Grace SV, and Father Josh Johnson.

● Actively engaged in the construction of the first sustainable sourcing code for suppliers and initiating the traceability and responsible sourcing strategy in collaboration with Inter-American Development Bank and BSD consulting.● Oversaw the global tracking and compliance of the company's ESG strategy, performing a quarterly evaluation of KPIs specially in the areas of sustainable innovation, responsible sourcing, stakeholder relations, inclusion, health and safety, food donations, and volunteering.● Collaborated in several interdisciplinary disruptive pilot projects regarding sustainable solution initiatives for the company's distribution fleet, foodwaste and energy data collection.● Designed my B.Sc. thesis on the pilot for the first circular plastic waste management plan in the Americas sites, at Noreste manufacturing plant, which aims to push the circular economy practices on the production phase of every site in Mexico.

● Led the company’s internal sustainable sourcing global evaluation and completed the first global CSR evaluation on suppliers across all Organizational Units.● Ensured the successful launch of the first Life Cycle Assessment (cradle to cradle) performed in Mexico and Slovakia on 2 of the most critical aluminum components of the company.● Successfully adapted the company’s new ESG strategy through all the corporate governance’s documents such as internal codes, policies, procedures, and purchase contracts for all Organizational Units.

Youngest department team member in the largest component of Alfa’s portfolio, enhancing the monthly production monitoring of oil and gas producing fields and gas flow. Simultaneously in charge of the daily monitoring and report of cash flows, and the monthly presentation of payments and accounts receivable.
