Commercial Manager – reporting directly to: General Manager and C.E.O. • Re-organization and development of the commercial office (Pegaso S.r.l. is the exclusive worldwide marketing representative of Southern Wind Shipyard)• Expansion of the commercial activities in the following new markets, through new contract acquisitions: charter, brokerage, refit works.• Commercial and contractual negotiations, Client Account • Development of the design brief in agreement with the clients. Relevant technical and commercial follow up. • New semi custom and custom projects design brief, in accordance with clients or for the market. Technical follow up with the designers. • Endorsement and control, together with the C.E.O. and the Communication manager, of the guidelines for: Company Strategy. Marketing. Communication and organization of the events.
