With over 15 years of experience in community services and local government across various meaningful roles. I am a motivated health services manager. partnership specialist and strategic advisor working from recovery and trauma-informed peer-led frameworks. I am dedicated to working with Anti-oppressive, human rights and social justice, co-led perspectives. I am devoted to my academic progression in social work, which continues to inspire and inform my work.I managed an award-winning Mental health state program whose training arm expanded nationally. I was the founding manager of a Drug and Alcohol Therapeutic community rehab based on evidence-based attachment and social learning theory. Leading a fantastic peer-led, Carer and multidisciplinary team, I have a proven record of developing and implementing new and effective partnerships and programs that address complex social and health issues. I have a graduate certificate in health services management and am completing a degree with honors in social work. I have also received a life-changing scholarship to learn about health and social services in China.I am a strategic advisor passionate about system change of community sectors, I am a truly enthusiast in keeping informed of Mirco, Marco, and Meso influences, to apply systems thinking and evidence-based strategising. I am an analytical, solution-focused thinker and enjoy using systems design thinking to assess gaps and priority needs of programs, projects, partnerships, and strategies when working with partner community services. I avidly enjoy keeping across sectors through my work and research of programs and reforms. I am particularly interested in family violence prevention inclusive of CALD initiatives, lived experience workforces, mental health, First Peoples, CALD, women's services and drug and alcohol.As a Community Services Partnership Specialist, I oversaw community services contract management and funding allocations at the City of Casey; I provided strategic leadership and advice on organizational frameworks, policies and long-term plans, I worked with high stakeholder and partnership across sectors and government, I have a strong passion for implementing high-priority and forecasted advocacy needs. I co-designed large partnership models to improve systems and services. I have strong facilitation, reporting and project management skills. I am consistent in implementing culture change and facilitated a peer-led CALD family violence prevention collective impact partnership.
