I am the hiring and Recruiting Manager. I make sure that daily cash transactions and procedures are followed and handled correctly. I quickly address and resolve all issues that may arise in the restaurant. I do a daily inventory called a commissary audit to make sure that my sales to inventory ratio are correct in being positive for our sales period and that they are balanced correctly for P & L for the specific sales period. I interview and hire new applicants and I also go out into the surrounding areas and recruit new talent and fresh faces to always make sure that our people quota is met. As a manager, its mandatory to "lead from the front", so I must work as a grill operator from 7am-2pm daily! I work directly with my upline to assure the success of my restaurant from customer service to sales to vendor relations. I am on call 24 hours per day to assure that if anything is needed, I am there to meet that need.

To oversee and assure that all of the deliveries are recieved and loaded properly by my preload department. I would do quality control checks to assure that the freight was loaded correctly and in an organized manner assuring a productive work day for the delivery drivers. I would work directly with the drivers and the dispatcher to assure that all packages were handled correctly so that they get out to the customers in a timely fashion.

Conducted various customer service transactions such as Western Union, Money Gram and Bill pay. I assisted customers with grocery purchases and conditioned the store to assure the ease of access for customers with the products they desired to purchase.

I handled the daily tasks of keeping appointments situated and organized for brides that were coming to purchase their wedding gowns. I would call and confirm with the customers for the specific day and time that they requested to come and shop. Upon their arrival, I would greet the customers and give them a questionnaire form to fill out so that I could verify all of the information that was obtained over the phone when scheduling the initial appointment. Once I entered all of the information into the computer database, I would make sure that I assign each customer to a bridal consultant to help them achieve the desired results for their special day. If all of the consultants were busy, I would also assist in taking a bride and helping her to purchase the gown of her dreams for her beautiful day!

Fill in for the actual educator in his or her absence. Made sure to apply all principles that were already in place to assure that the students were still gaining quality education.

I scanned documents from various individual and corporate tax forms to be processed by the IRS. When I was transferred to data entry, I simply entered the information from those documents using a 10 key entry pad system.

Was responsible for interface communications throughout the business. Sent emails and specific updates to each department head. Did a daily inventory update to assure that our inventory was correct and readily accessible for the salesmen and the General Manager. Handled daily petty cash transactions along with making sure bank deposits were done and entered correctly into the system.

Assisted customers with various cash transactions such as cashing checks, making deposits and withdrawals. I was also responsible for assisting with various account inquiries such as providing balances and transaction history.

Contacted customers to schedule appointments for estimates on home remodeling and additions such as windows, siding, roofing and sunrooms.
