Lead and manage Dermalogica's retail marketing division, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager. Currently the retail division at Dermalogica consists of Company Owned / Department Store and Airport locations. Create, manage and implement a strong marketing calendar to support successful new product launches and monthly retail promotions, where possible tailoring promotions to specific distribution channels. Plus ensuring successful sell through of existing product line.Development of strategic consumer brand alliances with 3rd party / external brands to: build brand awareness, increase Dermalogica’s UK customer databasedrive traffic to Dermalogica retail locations maintain Dermalogica’s premium position as the number one professional skin care brand worldwideConsumer Events- Plan promotional sites / windows / events/activities utilising opportunities within retail locations nationally.Mentor Marketing Co-ordinator- Guide, support and develop Marketing Co-ordinator in their role.

Primary responsibility, to coordinate all consumer and brand events within the Bobbi Brown brand, with main objectives of building brand equity, brand awareness and customer recruitment. Create and oversee events calendar, UK Beauty Team calendar and communicate to all in business and all relevant external retailers. Identify key areas for extra events activity to achieve uplift in on counter sales, liaise with and produce briefs for management within major retail department stores.Create and produce promotional materials and POS literature to support events, through liaising with external agencies. Analyse in store and national events, and report back to senior management. Manage events budget.
