- Selection of candidates based on established criteria and requirements- Conducting recruitment interviews with candidates, presenting job offers, and providing information about employment conditions, responsibilities, accommodation, transportation, etc.- Maintaining contact (via email/phone) with candidates at all stages of recruitment and working with the passive candidate pool.- Building and actively working with the candidate database.- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with candidates through professional communication and providing appropriate feedback.

• Participate in monitoring the annual investment policy• Update the investment policy with contracting amounts• Keep the public investment system updated• Follow up on the Annual Public Investment Plan• Prepare investment progress reports• Present project scheduling information

• Coordinate the formulation of instruments to channel resources aimed at supporting projects and programs in public infrastructure and technical strengthening.• Program development and monitoring of agreements with foreign missions• Monitor cooperation database• Coordinate with the executing units the monitoring of the execution of projects provided for in the cooperation agreements to guarantee good compliance.• Plan the monitoring, reporting and evolution of cooperation programs and projects.• Prepare reports or presentations on the status of projects in execution corresponding to existing agreements
