Arranging trailer/courier/air and seashipments of ready customer's orders to all over the world (both from our UK warehouses and for traded products.)Liaising with our UK based warehouses and our suppliers from all over the world regarding availability of orders,contacting forwarders for getting quotes, shipment schedules for air/seashipments , sending bookings to our agents including relevant documents for all type of shipments. Issuing required shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, EUR1/Country of Origin cert via Chamber of Commerce ,Insurance cert, ISF, Bank Drafts,etc). Approving freight invoices.Submitting Intrastats reports.

Liaising with customers regarding order confirmations, payments, shipping arrangements, invoicing, technical document requestsArranging technical documents with QC departmentCommunication with purchasing department regarding product availabilityArranging customer's shipments to Europe (road and courier) ,and courier shipment to all over the world .Liaising with warehouse regarding order availability.

Production planning ( for 3 production lines, appr.21 products) and material planning.Liaising with production team, demand planning, and shipping department to provide the best production plan on a daily/weekly basis to provide sufficient stock for customers but not building unnecessary stocks. Raw material and packaging material planner: organising purchase orders according to production plans and liaise with supplier to ensure stock availability

• Inputting Export/Import customs entry of non EU to EU shipments into the Hungarian customs IT system. Ensuring availability of all necessary paperwork for the customs clearance. Liaising with the customs office, drivers and customers. • Using/Issuing CMR, TIR, ATA carnet, T1 and T2 documents,NCTS• Understanding of HS codes, various type of customs entry, the role of VAT and duty
