Consumer interest in food, health and wellness continues to grow, yet communications on healthier and more sustainable eating are often confusing, contradictory, and impractical. Navigating this complex area to create both evidence-based and engaging communications can be challenging for companies, agri-business and innovators as science, regulations and policy continue to change. As a former director of a leading nutrition communications agency with expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and issues management, I help companies, organisations, brands and start-ups connect and create with health leaders to help make healthier eating easier. I’ve recently joined Dietitian Connection as I believe in the power of partnerships and collaborative approaches to create meaningful change. By helping build effective communications between organisations and companies across the food supply with nutrition experts – dietitians – we can together drive long-term change in a healthier direction.
