• Heavy calendaring; meeting facilitator and minute taker following up on outstanding deliverables acting as liaison to the senior staff and their direct reports• Domestic and international travel arrangements• Plan, organize and facilitate meetings, special events and conferences• Manage and oversee departmental budget working closely with Procurement, Contracts and Finance• Negotiate annual contract and lease renewals, coordinate signatures, create purchase requisitions and Salesforce cases. • Submit expense reports according to company policy• Liaison to Human Resources; including interviewing potential candidates; hiring and terminations. Manage multiple calendars, book complex multilevel interviews for high level candidates. Work with Facilities and Information Technology for new hire seat and asset allocations• Manage “Kronos” / HRIS timekeeping approvals on behalf of the Senior VP • Work closely with Drug Information Director and Medical Director regarding P & T Committee meetings including invitations, food orders, meeting logistics and invoicing upon meeting completion • Initiate Office of Attorney General fraud checks monthly in compliance with CMS ensuring P&T committee members are in good standing. Distribute, collect and manage quarterly Conflict of Interest forms from each P&T Committee member to maintain CMS and NCQA compliance requirements
