With over 25 years of culinary experience from around the world and embracing the essence of traditional Italian cuisine, Andrea Mugavero's philosophy is to create every dish to perfection. Andrea kicked off his career with passion and ambition, becoming Head Chef at a young age at the beautiful La Saliere Restaurant in Monte Carlo, taking his culinary expertise to the next level. After his stint in Monte Carlo, Andrea spent the next few years in Rome, working alongside world-renowned chefs, learning new techniques and experimenting with traditional cuisine. He was then given the honor of becoming Head Chef at the five-star Cogeta Palace Hotel in Parma Italy. After two years in Parma, Andrea was head hunted by Bice Group becoming the Executive Chef across a number of international locations, including Spain, Turkey and eventually Dubai. Thrilling critics and celebrities alike wherever he went, Andrea looks forward to welcoming people to his newest role as Executive Chef of Roberto's.
