Responsible for daily operations for terminal with customer service as main function. Responsible for process of payroll and inventory of items on site. Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivables. Processor for collection of freight charges, collections and delinquent accounts, updating and scheduling appointments, checks and balances to ensure freight delivers on time and in good condition. Conducts regular audits of policy, procedure and freight bills to ensure compliance. Performance includes customer service to all incoming and outgoing calls. Duties are processed without supervision, responsible to train any new employees on system, policy and procedures. Hired originally to perform dock duties and promoted within months to lead office and process all office functions.
