● Recruited over 300+ families in the Urgent Care Children’s clinic for study led by Principal Investigator, Dr. Laura Gottlieb of the University of California “UCSF”.● Organized patient files through online database “Redcap UCSF” to have a better understanding of individual cases.● Thoroughly explained consents, HIPPA and participant bill of rights with patients and families.● Administered study surveys to both children and parents for the purpose of data collection and analysis.● Performed qualitative analysis by interviewing patients and connecting intervention families with resources that best fit their social needs● Continued assistance for intervention families, through phone and email communication, for approximately 3 months to better help them with any current social needs.
