As a senior consultant at TSA I specialise in stakeholder engagement for complex land contamination issues and infrastructure projects. Working closely with clients, inclusive of all levels of Government, major sporting bodies and the private sector, I forge ongoing relationships with community members to ensure that all stakeholder needs are met. As an astute strategist I work closely with each of my clients. By understanding and anticipating their needs, I know when and how to create crisis media plans, author issues-sensitive communication collateral and sit down with stakeholders to help them navigate complex systems. I am renowned for reducing client stakeholder stress and bringing about positive outcomes for all.

In this role I led engagement with businesses affected by the proposed T2D road corridor to ensure that their needs during a time of uncertainty were met. I worked with Aboriginal people to co-author a business engagement strategy on this vital infrastructure project.

In this role I led two branding refreshes for the South Australian Museum, resulting in record-breaking visitation for exhibitions, with subject matters ranging from Opals to Dogs. I led the engagement strategy, content creation and structure for the existing South Australian Museum website, inclusive of new scientific research pages, an archives micro-site that is culturally safe for Aboriginal people, and front of house requirements. I managed media enquiries for a globally covered discovery about Aboriginal Australian people’s lives on Earth, led by Cliff Coulthard and Giles Hamm, who entrusted me with creating an exhibition about their discovery that humans occupied Australia’s arid interior and began developing sophisticated tools 10,000 years earlier than previously documented. I marketed and produced funding drives for the Museum, resulting in neurodiverse children feeling truly safe at the South Australian Museum.

Through working on the ground and closely with the Tackling Tabocco team at Victorian Aboriginal Health Service I created a culturally appropriate social marketing campaign , delivered a new and highly visited website and established new social media supports for Aboriginal people trying to quit smoking.

In this role I quickly grasped technical issues, allowing me to manage media relations, internal communications and reporting requirements.

At AHCSA I managed social marketing and engagement programs aimed at preventing chronic disease among Aboriginal communities in South Australia.In this role I:- worked collaboratively with community to develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of social marketing strategies- led the development of cut-through communication materials, including the establishment of key messages and change champions and associated posters, dvds, online content, proactive media releases and promotional items- was awarded with almost $3 million in grant funding for community-led programs- worked with Aboriginal community leaders and organisations to deliver workshops based on community identified health issues.

At SA Health I devised and implemented strategic engagement, communications and change management plans for a range of statewide health projects. This resulted in the roll-out of new procurement framework for the whole of SA Health, a robust engagement framework for organisational restructures and the rollout of a healthy eating strategy for hospital staff and clients.
