2 month contract supporting the charity to get the 2016 Food List completed. This task was achieved by contacting over 600 gluten free food producers. From initial contact the product listings and certs were obtained allowing 5,400 products to be included in this invaluable publication. This information was then prepared into excel format for sending onto to the designer, it was then distributed in March 2016 to all 4,500 members.
