I am a group health benefits broker locally in Omaha. We specialize in the small/medium employee market (2-250 EE). I am currently licensed in 8 states (NE, IA, KS, MO, CO, IL, AZ, TX). We strive to help business owners find a comprehensive benefit package that can be tailored to each specific company and their needs. The most important piece we focus on is medical- ACA plans & level-funding plans. In addition, we offer dental, vision, short and long term disability, basic life insurance, voluntary dental, vision, life and work-site products like critical illness, accident and cancer. Our main goal is to provide outstanding customer service and be of assistance directly. We do not have a call center, employers or employees may call/email me directly for help. We are able to host enrollment meetings, renewal meetings 60-90 days in advance, help with the hire and termination process, claims assistance, education on your benefits and how to best utilize them (HSA’s, FSA’s, Virtual Visits,etc.) and much more. Group Benefits are vital to attracting and retaining outstanding talent. It’s used as a tool to show employees how much their employer invests into them. I pride myself on making this process streamline, efficient and effective. I have a passion for helping people and seeing this process from both the employer and employee’s view point.
