Current•Coordinate, assist and work directly with Service Center’s Manager to ensure successful processing of equipment repairs, service requirements, parts sales, and warranty claims•Responsible for establishing Service Center sales targets and customer assurance metrics•Creation and updating of mobile service and shop equipment repair work orders through continuous updating of labor, parts, and scope of work•Provide continuous communication with customers on the status of their equipment repairs•Detailed review and processing of customer invoices to include: labor, parts, and third party billings•Facilitate inquiries on parts back order status, quotes, and parts sales orders from customers•Management of mobile technicians to include: dispatch and effective utilization.•Process and submit all warranty claims as well as process return parts not utilized on initial equipment repair
