Responsible for managing HR functions across multiple European countries: developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and aligning HR practices with GCE's goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, talent management, training & development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

• Being a strategic trusted advisor for Assurance Service Line and supporting them with expert advice on all aspects of HR • Monitoring day-to-day HR operation and ensure the timely delivery of HR services towards business with customer focus in mind • Ensuring compliance to local and internal regulations and managing risks • Facilitating performance reviews, moderating discussions and ensuring objectivity and standards are met • Identifying people issues, trends based on satisfactory surveys • Headcount planning

• Supporting and coaching employees in HR related matters such as vacation and benefit requests, employee retention and HR policies • Preparing presentations for executive or all-staff level • First point of contact for onboarding • Preparation of communication (email, PPT) • Organising performance management meetings • Involved in counselor development as trainer and presenter at universities in different soft-skill topics
