I have been in the industry a total of 19 years and have managed "A and B" properties ranging from 232-758 multifamily units and multisite communities in areas such as Celebration , Lake Mary, Greater Orlando and the Tampa (New Tampa) area. My duties have included the day to day operation of staffing, exceeding and or maximizing the budget to yield a positive NOI, creating product value, enhancing and or preserving the value of 23+ million dollar assets both privately owned and REIT groups, training and continual education of team members. In addition, my experience in the multifamily industry also includes marketing, resident relations and resident retention while preserving the integrity of my company.I have a large range of software experience related to multifamily real estate ranging from AMSI, Yardi, Payscan, OPS, MRI, SiteStuff, Onesite,E-site and Rent Optimizer programs such ans LRO.
