As a dedicated, versatile company founder and principal with an extensive background in sales, marketing, and business development, I lead efforts to increase employee wellness, retention, and productivity. Over the course of my career, I’ve developed a reputation for being a loyal and driven leader who can successfully navigate a wide array of challenges.Currently, I serve as the head of a start-up I launched, Vicaire Well Spaces. In this role, I provide strategic consulting to companies regarding cost-benefit analyses, brand development, and marketing and sales initiatives as well as residential development projects. Before undertaking this role, I also served as founder and principal of RRP Real Estate, where I managed residential development projects; and before that, I was principal and consultant at Simply Pure Markets, a boutique micro-market. I’ve made many important contributions during these roles, including: -Growing Vicaire Wellness and Vicaire Well Spaces into multiregional businesses that provide collaborative services for major organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.-Acquiring Simply Pure Markets through business connections and spearheading a total enterprise rebranding strategy with a strategic website design, rapidly scaling a small micro-market food company into a key industry player with an established marketplace foothold.-Leading the sales division early in my career at The Apartment Guide, playing a key role in expanding the publication to 1,000 pages and increasing revenue streams by millions of dollars YoY.Throughout all these roles spanning multiple industries, I’ve applied my marketing and branding expertise, my operational skills, and my talent for managing personnel to completely transform these organizations and drive them towards long-term success.I’ve devoted my career thus far to spearheading impactful changes across a wide variety of fields.
