• Supports the Media Negotiations Team by abstracting AT&T Contractual Lease Agreements to initiate the Right of Entry process for business customers. • Administers & manages Leases/Contracts by accurately reviewing, analyzing, approving, recording, tracking and routing incoming agreements for proper processing of Rental & Fee payments. • Provides interpretation of Contractual terms. • Negotiate & prepare contract modifications, Renewals & Amendments by tracking expiration of agreements. • Ensure proper Execution of Contracts. • Participated on a Task Force with Programmers to provide instrumental data needed for transitioning the financial system from a Microsoft database to a Web-based database. • Utilize Web-based database to support internal & external customers, such as Lease Administration, Legal, Construction, Sales and outside Contract Vendors. • Maintain, analyze and prepare data for tracking of monthly budget reports. • Create new project requests and perform database maintenance updates. • Upload agreements into Web-based Contract Repository. Maintain and store agreement files. • Utilize understanding of industry practices to resolve a range of Contractual issues.
