- 19 years’ management experience in Operations and Logistics/Supply Chain Management, in sectors such as business services, pharma wholesale & distribution, environmental services, manufacturing/chemical industry; 26 years overall working experience- Professional experience covers Logistics, Procurement & Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Outsourcing, Customer Service, Field Service, Quality Assurance; hands-on experience in Project Management, Performance Measurement (SOP/SLA/KPIs), ERP Systems Implementation (key-user skills); proven records of successful partnership with Finance and Sales & Marketing functions - Management experience covers P&L responsibility, business reorganization, recruiting, managing, motivating and developing staff on an individual and team level; hands-on management style with a strong team work ethic- Key skills: critical thinking, strong analytical and negotiating skills, problem solving, planning and organizing, decision-making, communication skills- Honest, trustworthy, change savvy, self-starter, fast-learner and goal-driven individual; able to work on own initiative or as supportive team member; passionate working approach, with a strong sense of urgency and a positive attitude towards challenges and pressure
